With the ability to sleep up to 12 guests comfortably throughout 6 bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 3 downstairs; each equipped with a King Size Bed or 2 Singles in each room upon request. Easily accessible and generously sized is an open plan kitchen / living / dining area both up and downstairs boasting elevated views over the Moyne River. Property was great for our group of 10 - plenty of room to spread out, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and lots of hot water for showers. Carpets could do with a good steam clean but apart from that it was perfect

This is a very comfortable spacious house in a great location. We have stayed here many years ago when it was in pristine condition, unfortunately it has not been maintained and is now needing attention. Fortunately the positives outweigh the negatives and we would be happy to return.
