Renovated c.1860s cottage in terrific central location - park your car here and walk everywhere.

The space:

Two separate bedrooms one with queen and other double bed.

Hardwood floor and large open fireplace in the c.1850s front section.

Kitchen and a second bedroom with a double bed in the c.1860 second section.

Large deck with undercover cypress pergola for outdoor living.

Restored small shower, sunroom and toilet in the c.1950s skillion onto the deck.

Yard, vegetable garden, laundry and lawn shared with separate building (port fairy loft) in the rear section of the block - total privacy from greenwall screen and cypress screen.

WiFi internet - Aussie Broadband NBN 50 Mbps / 20 Mbps Unlimited

New excellent quality smart TV and comfortable couch and armchair.

Plenty of restaurants, hotels and services in short walking distance.

Park your car off-street and wander or ride your bike around town.

Other things to note: Pet friendly but strict conditions - basically that when you vacate the property there's no sign your canine family member has been present. Also, no dogs to be left at the property unattended.
