Location was great easy to walk all around downtown Coquitlam. However, unit is even smaller than it appears in photos. The bed was partially broken, two slats were broken and two were missing at the bottom of the bed. There was no closet at all, just a flimsy rack in the bedroom space, including a closet unit would improve guest comfort considerably. No vanity where you can put on makeup, though there was plenty of space to include one. Kitchen was adequately equipped, couch was fine but an ottoman would improve comfort. Couldn’t get TV to work at all, but WiFi worked fine.
