Charming 2BR/2BA pool home in a quiet, safe neighborhood—perfect for relaxation or adventure. Just 10 min from the airport & 30 min to world-class beaches. We have a pool fence that can easily be put up or taken down. The slider has a child lock located at the top. Remember Florida gets HOT and has a lot of bugs. We treat our property professionally for bugs both inside and outside. This does not mean that you will not see any bugs. Also with the extreme high temperatures that can occur we must note that per industry guidelines cooling systems can generally only keep a home 20 degrees cooler than the outside temperatures. This means that during extreme temperatures the home may not cool to your desired temperature setting. Mother nature can not be controlled meaning bugs may be seen and high temperatures may affect your cooling and refunds will not be offered because of this.

We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable pool experience for all our guests. Please note that pool temperatures can be subjective—what feels warm to one person may feel cool to another. Our heated pool is maintained with care, but during colder weather, especially when outdoor temperatures fall below 60°F, the pool may not be able to reach or maintain the desired warmth.

Drew was awesome and got back to us immediately about any questions or suggestions on things to do. Loved the pool and house! Great neighborhood and close to beaches and things to do in the area. We loved everything, especially the great weather! So many things to do- recommend the kayak tour at SUP Don Pedro island and beaches at Englewood. Cruise at king fishers and golf in the area. Just plain awesome!

Drew was great! Very accommodating. Wanted to arrive at his place a little earlier than check in time so I could set up Christmas tree before my granddaughter arrived. She sure as happy to see the tree when she walked in. I don't know what it is about this place but both my daughter and I get the best sleep here. This was our 2nd time here. Its one sleep castle.

It was very clean and just was very quick to answer any questions and get whatever I would need for a comfortable stay. The only down I can report on was the water in the bathroom and kitchen sinks never got hot but shower did.

Drew quickly got back to my questions. The house is close to fishermans village and good restaurants. It was well taken care of and clean. We couldn't enjoy the pool due to 4 days of rain but the outside area has plenty of seating. Drew has added thoughtful touches in the house. We had coffee, detergent and bathroom supplies. The storm knocked our internet out for the tv but Drew had someone come over in 10 minutes to fix it. We enjoyed our stay.
