This place is AWESOME!! I am pretty picky, even sometimes looking for things to complain about (so says my wife) but this place was really great. Great communication and accommodating, property was very clean and well kept, nice furnishings and everything worked. Could not be more happy with this experience. Will definitely stay there again!!

House is a good value home for someone not particularly concerned with aesthetic value. The decor is spartan and can be best described as early American yard sale. The backyard has no privacy or landscaping to speak of. The keyholders rather gruff manner while cordial was not really indicative of a hospitality professional.

40 minutes from Boca Grande or 30 minutes from englewood, this was the perfect location for my family of 6. Very spacious and had everything you need to cook, clean and even host an Easter dinner! Our family really enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

Great find in a good area.

Stayed at property for the month of January/2020. A perfect house. Kitchen very well equipped as was everything else. Quiet neighborhood ...10-15 minutes from downtown. Any concerns were directed to Gerhard, the local contact man, and he took swift action to reply and fix if needed. The only thing we found wrong was a squeaky front door and within 10 minutes Gerhard was there with the WD 40. Great house !!!!!

Clean and nice pool

Was a bit remote; however very nice
