Staff member were really friendly and it was a nice places to stay at. However, when we check in and entered the elevator there was a terrible smell and seemed really dirty. We loved our room, it was spacious and everything we needed. But in many cases I was constantly waking up at night because I heard other room door closing because of the loud banging.

Rooms were in decent condition. Saw a couple of little bugs, and had a really damp smell that you would get used to later. Overall staff was amazing helped us out with everything we needed.

It was not the hotel fault, the fire alarm went off around 1am and didn’t stop until 45 plus minutes later. So after the fire truck came and turned it off. People were coming back to their rooms very upset making noise, so we lost a two hours sleep. Than in the morning the elevator was down which caused the problem. I had to carry everything down the stairs out to the parking lot

Filthy carpet…room really needs updating in general. The rooms are not sound proof by any means. Doors slamming all hours of the night.

Cleaning staff was a little loud first thing in the morning. They were out in the hall talking in front of the door and woke me. Other than that, it was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept in. I’ll take the staff accidentally waking me for a comfortable night sleep and a clean hotel for an amazing price. I will bet staying there again.
