Our stay was perfect! Excellent hosts with great communication. The property was clean and very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood.

The house was fairly clean but had ants in the kitchen, dining room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms! While the host responded to the ant problem relatively quickly, it grossed my kids out and they did not want to stay there for the rest of the trip. Also communication with the host was difficult. And the host has lots of rules for an old, run down home with makeshift upgrades and poor workmanship.

An older property with some loose fixtures, but as expected for the price. We were a little annoyed that there wasn't an adequate supply of toilet paper and the host only offered suggestions were to buy some. Stocking extra seems like a small cost to avoid unnecessary hassle for the guests. Also, while the rules are reasonable, some of the threatened fines and penalties for violations are ridiculous. (Examples: 1000 fine plus eviction for parties or events without defining what constitutes a party or event. Could we have been evicted for if we had local family members over for dinner or to watch movies? 75 fine for not taking out all the trash at check out. I get that the host doesn't want overflowing trash cans all over the house, but the way the rule reads, we would be charged 75 if we missed one basket.)

What a perfect little place for our quick trip out for the weekend. Location and parking was not bad at all! Communication was perfect and the place was very clean. Will definitely look into this place again when I’m in the area.
