Paper thin walls. Refrigerator broke and wrecked special food. Employee walking around was scary, I thought he was a vagrant. I think he was pounding on our wall at 6AM like with a hammer, it was very loud and crazy.

Hotel staff were nice. The room was clean but they use a cleaner that has an artificial fragrance that's has a strong smell. You can hear the other people in their rooms and their TVs pretty easily. The location is convenient and close to good restaurants and very close to the beach which was the main reason why we stayed there. Overall, I would most likely return again. 👍

The balcony lights are very bright and come through the window. I has to hang my beach towels to block the light. It was that bright. Room very clean. Bed was comfortable and all amenities were great. Would recommend and visit again. Black out curtains would be great

We arrived at the property late, and the door wouldn't open. I called their number but didn't get an answer initially. However, when I called again, someone picked up. He arrived quickly after we hung up, and we realized that the door just needed to be pushed hard to open. Even though it was Labor Day weekend, the location was quiet, which was nice. I love that it’s a pet-friendly hotel, but I wish there had been a broom in the room to help clean up the sand. I spoke with Abro and Ms. Rocio on the phone, and they were both very nice, but I didn’t get a chance to meet them in person.one, and they were both very nice, but I didn’t get a chance to meet them in person.
