The Space:

Harlan's Haven is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located near shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores in the Noisy Waves subdivision. You'll just be a quick trip away (on foot or by vehicle) from the beach and the salty waves of the Gulf of America.



The open concept great room has comfortable furnishings, satellite television, and a well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. There is bar seating, and a large dining table that is perfect for meals and games. For your convenience, you also have high speed internet available.

With 1600 square feet, Harlan's Haven sleeps 10 with ease, without utilizing bunk beds! Bedroom one has a king bed, and bedrooms two and three each have 2 queens.



Downstairs you will find a shaded area with a cute tiki bar, swing, charcoal grill and a fully fenced yard. The outdoor shower is a great place to wash off after fun in the sun and sand!



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

The place gave a home like feel. There was a few things i feel like should be updated. The yard was nice for our service animal to go out and use potty. If the latch on the bottom of the stairs worked that would have been aqesome since we had our dog and small kids. They could stand to update and cleaned up like the game basket as games were missing a pieces and LOTS of puzzles and loose game pieces in basket not with games. Maybe put games out of reach of kids. Bringing our own linens made for lots of extra baggage with lots of people but the washer and dryer helped. Very comfortable beds and attentive staff for answering questions. If your a tv watcher you might wanna bring a device to watch it on as we couldnt ever get anything to work besides netflicks mantance man got 1 tv going with netflicks for grandkids to watch. We missed getting to use the swing on the lower level as it was taken down. Otherwise this place gives a very home like feel and is close to a clean area to take the family.

To expensive for not having bed linens or towels, wash cloths erc. Who travels with all of that. If you want them you have to pay extra for them and then make your own bed. The mattress cover in the master

Quiet little getaway.

We had a great time. The property was beautiful and clean. I think the hardest thing about this place is finding it. I called and they stayed on the phone with me until I found it! They are easy to work with and quick.
