Amenties listed were either not present, broken or really gross. The ones broken, besides the wifi and ice machine, were fixed and ice was brought to us. WiFi was looked at by maintenance, but he was unable to resolve it

Recently spent a wonderful weekend at Sconset South. The house was a great fit for our group and had pretty much everything we needed. It was very comfortable, with a nice layout and was beautifully decorated - nice beachy feel. The kitchen was well stocked, and the large island was a great space for all of our food prep. We appreciated the downstairs amenities but due to other family obligations, we could not enjoy them as we would have liked. The cargo lift was a lift saver and much appreciated. We liked the close distance to the beach and the good view. Our only negative was the keypad did not work while we were there, but we made out just fine. Before we left, we were already making plans to rent the house again next year. LOVED OUR STAY!!!

Thanksgiving at the Beach with our Family

It was the perfect setup of bedrooms and beds for our family of 12. Each family had their own room. We were in a great location you could see the kiddos on the beach from the porch. Plenty of parking and a fenced yard with a gate. The icing on the cake was the cargo lift. What a huge difference it made to get our luggage and groceries upstairs! Our entire family was extremely pleased with this rental.

Short but Excellent Stay

Our family was only here for a short weekend, but the check in process was smooth, the house was absolutely beautiful and we were just a short walk from the beach. Would recommend this property for a large family such as ours!
