Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel is terrible. It’s not a dream palace, it’s a nightmare palace. The bathrooms were so dirty. The bed had bugs, ants, cockroaches. The toilet seat was missing from one room. They trick you into getting non ac rooms. This property should be removed from Expedia. It’s ruining the reputation.
