With a bit of luck, you might even witness the birth of a calf. Fresh eggs and other farm produce can be bought locally or at the local market. Worthwhile excursion destinations are the seaside resort of Barneville-Carteret (10 km) and the lively port of Granville. You should not miss a visit to the world-famous Mont St. Michel
