This enclosed apartment offers two private rooms and a shared bathroom kitchen, living room, and balcony.

Each bedroom has windows covered with mesh to limit the access of mosquitoes to property and rooms are spacious.

The basic linen, cleaning supplies, and kitchen utensils are provided with the listing.

Free parking is available on the property that can accommodate at maximum two motor vehicles and on the street as needed, along with free wifi.

Guests are expected to prepare and provide their own meals( Electric stove) during their stay at the property and are encouraged to conservative utilities.
Guest access
The grounds within the boundaries of the property are accessible to guests during their stay. As the apartment is enclosed all rooms and amenities listed are accessible during their stay.
Other things to note
Smoking is allowed on the property only in the garden area and should be conducted in line with the smoking regulations of Jamaica.

The property is supplied by trucked water stored in tanks on the property, *** Conservation is highly recommended***.

The property does not have a standing shower, hence guests are asked to wash the sand off from the beach before taking showers to prevent sand from clogging the bathtub. If needed guests can use a hose in the garden area to remove excess sand.
