The newly built villa is located in a small and quiet place, Fuškulin. Fuškulin is an Istrian town located southeast of Poreč. It is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the sea and the town of Funtana. Near Fuškulin there is the famous tourist resort Zelena Laguna and the aqua park Aquacolors. The villa consists of two bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, two bathrooms with shower, separate toilet, living room with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the fully fenced courtyard by the pool. Umbrellas, deck chairs and an outdoor shower are available. The price of renting a house includes the use of internet, washing machine, parking, bed linen and towels. For everyone who visits Fuškulin, we recommend lunch or dinner in a nearby tavern and enjoy the sunset with the flavors of Istria.
