Residence Livija is located in the residential area of Porec, Mali Maj, only 400 m from Materada beach and 2,5 km from the town center. It has a closed yard of 1000m2 in which children can play in complete safety. There are 4 apartments total in the house. The house is surrounded by the beautiful garden where the guests have a 50m2 big swimming pool with the loungers and a barbecue grill on their disposal. The houseowner lives on the first floor and the parking is in front of the house. The guests can also request a covered parking for the cars and bikes which is not included in the price. Washing machine is available for shared use.
