Luxury house near Porec

This vacation home deserves 5 stars. The house itself was luxury and contained everything you could dream off. The host was very welcoming and friendly and helped with the questions we had. The house is located 9 km from Porec, but very close to the high way, so it was easy to go on day trips. We had the house with pool for ourselves for the whole week and did hardly see any neighbourgs. We would go there again if we come to Croatia.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr Sauber als wir ankamen. Check in lief Problemlos und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Draußen der große Grill ist sehr angenehm. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr schön und hervorzuheben ist die schöne und Moderne Einrichtung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir können das Haus wärmsten empfehlen die ein schönes modernes Haus suchen in einer ruhigen Gegend.

Das ist ein unglaublich tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht. Es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Angegangen von der Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie Kaffeevollautomat, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter usw. über bequeme Betten und richtig schöne Bäder, geschmackvolle Einrichtung in allen Räumen bis hin zu der tollen Terrasse mit großem Gasgrill und natürlich dem tollen Pool. Außerdem ist es herrlich ruhig, nur nachts hört man gelegentlich die Autobahn, aber wirklich nur so leise, dass es überhaupt nicht stört. Direkt drumherum ist nichts, aber mit dem Auto ist man ganz schnell am Strand, in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Poreč oder im Supermarkt. Außerdem ist die Vermieterin wahnsinnig nett und hat uns mit Selbstgemachtem wie Schinken, Salami und Olivenöl überrascht. Alles in allem einer unserer schönsten Urlaube. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Wir, 2 Familien, hatten eine wirklich sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich gut. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, Klimaanlage und elektrischen Fensterhebern. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alles ist wirklich sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sprechen sehr gut Deutsch. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Eines der 4 Zimmer ist im Anbau und hat daher einen separaten Eingang. Das ist für Familien mit kleineren Kindern nicht optimal. Wenn nachts mal was ist, müssen die Kindern dann zur Haustür raus und einmal ums Haus rum um zu Ihren Eltern zu gelangen. Darüber hinaus ist das Haus in der Nähe eine viel befahrenen Landstraße und einer Autobahn gelegen. Die Entfernung ist groß genug, dass es keine Lärmbelästigung gibt, man hört aber vor allem Abends, wenn es leiser wird, immer deuliche Verkehrsgeräusche. Davon abgesehen ist das Haus Augrund der ganzen anderen Pluspunkte aber eine absolute Empfehlung.

Ein absoluter Traum. In der Villa fehlt es einem an absolut nichts. Mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin ist ein totaler Herzensmensch und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen sowie liebevoll verabschiedet. Die Lage ist ruhig. Perfekt zum Entpsannen. Unvergessliche Urlaube

Wir waren bereits im letzten Jahr schon da und was soll man sagen, es war wieder TOP.Von der Begrüßung über die Betreuung bis zur Verabschiedung. Die Eigentümer sind einfach herzlich und unkompliziert.Die Villa ist in einem Top Zustand und es wird alles sofort behoben bzw. in stand gesetzt. Absolut traumhafte Villa

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll, aber diese Unterkunft hat alles bisherige übertroffen. Vom absolut herzlichen Empfang der Gastgeberin ❤️, bis zum traumhaften Haus wo keine Wünsche übrig bleiben. Alles ist blitzblank sauber und es wurde an wirklich alles gedacht. Hier merkt man wie viel Liebe, Zeit und Arbeit von den Gastgebern in dieses tolle Haus gesteckt wurde. Noch NIE im Urlaub so fantastisch geschlafen, absolute Ruhe und Entspannung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in der Villa Gemelle. Vielen Dank liebe Sanja für diesen traumhaften Urlaub ❤️

Großartige Ferienvilla

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Gemelle. Die Vermieterin Sanja hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns mit mit typisch istrichen Köstlichkeiten begrüßt. Die Villa war super sauber und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Sie ist mit hochwertig und modern eingerichtet. Besonders toll war der große Kühlschrank mit der Eiswürfelfunktion. Leider konnten wir den großen Pool nicht nutzen, weil nicht so großes Glück mit dem Wetter hatten. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem mit dem Auto zentral gelegen und alle Orte sind schnell zu erreichen. Am Ende des Urlaubs bekamen wir von Sanja selbstgemachtes Olivenöl. Es war eine tolle Woche in der Villa Gemelle und wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Tolle Villa mit allem was man sich wünscht

ein wundeschönes neuwertiges und sehr gepflegtes Haus mit phantastischem Schwimmbad und einer cleveren Raumaufteilung. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein großes Bad mit sehr großzügiger Dusche und Toilette. Es sind reichlich Handtücher vorhanden und auch die Küchenausstattung ist umfangreich und komplett. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, selbt ein Kaffeeautomat ist vorhanden. Allein die Lage in einem Neubaugebiet mit unbefestigten Straßen und die Umgebung sind icht sehr schön, aber im Haus oder im Garten sieht man davon sehr wenig. Man ist in 15 Minuten in Porec und auch zu den Stränden ist es nicht viel weiter.Einkaufen kann man in Porec bei großen Märkten wie Kaufland, Lidl oder einheimischen Dicountern, aber der tägliche Fischmarkt in Porec ist der Hammer, riesen Auswahl an frischen Fischen und Meeresfrüchten aber auch Fleisch, Obst und Gemüse sind dort zu finden. Wir haben geplant wieder zu kommen. Beim Schwimmbad fehlt ein Geländer an der Treppe, das ist für ältere Menschen schon sehr beschwerlich.

Ein wünderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus.

Wir waren schon sehr häufig in Istrien in Villen mit Pool. Dieses Haus hat jedoch alles getoppt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt, was damit begann, dass wir sehr herzlich von der Eigentümerin begrüßt wurden (mit selbstgemachter Wurst, Salami, Käse und frischen Brötchen). Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Eiswürfelzubreiter im riesen Kühlschrank. Das Haus ist übrigens mir sehr viel Liebe im Detail eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Nachbarhaus (es waren dort 6 Gäste) hat überhaupt nicht gestört und die Bauarbeiten (Straße) waren ebenfalls nicht störend. Danke für denn tollen Urlaub, haben bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht unf freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Rainer + Kerstin

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben unsern Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war für uns perfekt. Mit dem Auto ist es nur eine kurze Fahrt bis Porec, Novigrad, Pula … uns hat die Lage gepasst. Daher können wir das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit super Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und hat hochwertige Geräte. Alles ist sehr neu und gut gepflegt. Man hat sich direkt angekommen gefühlt. Super Außenküche mit tollem Gasgrill. Alles hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Eismaschine und den Wasserspender inkl. Filter haben wir lieben gelernt 😁. Die Inhaber waren sehr nett und haben bei Fragen direkt geholfen. Wir würden, falls es erneut passt, sehr gerne erneut in dieser Wohnung unseren Urlaub verbringen.
