The house is in its own garden, which is only available to the guests of the house. Basarinka is just a few minutes from restaurants, pizzeria, cafes, shops and 3 km from the sea. On enclosed property guests can use terrace with a dining table, grill, trampoline and 2 parking spaces.
Holiday home Nicol consists of two separate units with a size of 145 sqm on two floors. In the first unit on the ground floor we find a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a double room, a single room and a bathroom. The second unit on the first floor has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
