Three bungalows in a row surrounded by a garden and a house with three apartments are located in the village of Kukci, just 3 km from the beach and the center of Poreč. The bungalow with communal pool and covered barbecue is on the ground floor and has direct access to a green garden with palm trees and shady trees. One apartment is on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The garden is fenced and your children and four-legged friends are welcome. Parking spaces within the building are available in the courtyard. The property is attractive, well-kept and located in a very quiet area. Residential units have private entrances, balconies or terraces. On request, we can provide you with a travel cot, a high chair or a cot free of charge. In the immediate vicinity, just 350 m from the house, there is a small shop selling fresh baked goods and other items, as well as the Marina restaurant.



The heated pool is open from May to the end of October. The lockable bicycle storage is included in the rental price.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RENTAL UNIT



The 80 m2 apartment is on the 1st floor, is modernly furnished, for 4+2 persons, has two bedrooms, living room with sofa, kitchen with dining room, two bathrooms with shower/WC with washing machine and balcony. Private parking spaces are available in front of the house. The communal pool is located just across the street from the Felix holiday home, 30 meters away. In addition to the communal pool in the garden, there is a cozy barbecue area and a pavilion for convivial moments.
