Lovely, comfy hotel with mountain view

We came in very late and they were very understanding and helpful, the room turned out to be a mini suite with a bard room and sitting room and bathroom, comfy bed, Mountain View, lots of cupboards and closets, good food in restaurant, free bus and train passes with two day stay. Really lovely place!

We stayed there for one night. Everyone was very helpful. They tried to rise beyond our expectations. We had to catch an early train and they packed us wonderful breakfast. We had dinner at the onsite Thai restaurant. The staff their was wonderful and the food and drinks were one of the best we have had so far. We would like to go there again and stay for more days.

Property and room was excellent. Property restaurant was OK but we did not get food for 30 mins and order had to be re-entered. We were charged incorrectly by server and manager said we shouldn’t have eaten food if it was wrong. We received the correct order of food. It was just charged incorrectly. Terrible customer service!!!! We booked one night stay at this hotel and could not arrive due to an accident on the way. We called, explained the situation was told the hotel needs to charge the night regardless of the situation, which we understand. We are trying for days asking the hotel to send us a receipt ( that show how we paid) so the insurance can give us the refund. We are just being ignored and ignored!!! Terrible!!!!
