The beds are super comfy, it is an outdated property, but cean and friendly staff. It was close to where we needed to be. We have stayed twice and will probably stay again.

The staff are very welcoming and the room is extremely clean. They still need to update their pool and exterior, but don’t let that stop you from staying there. They are a wonderful low cost option to walking to the university of Mississippi for any activity on campus. It’s also very convenient to be next-door to Starbucks.

The room was clean and comfortable but the sink was clogged up. The bathroom was not very clean. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the AC unit worked well. It was pretty quiet too.

Check in was good, the lady was very nice. Rooms were cleaned. New towels provided daily and bed was made for us. Breakfast was terrible, milk was left on the counter, and they only had granola bars. The 2nd night the gentle man working the desk tried giving several of the guys with us cash if they would zelle/ cashap him, im sorry, what? A few doors down there were drug deals going on for a while. No pool, it was covered and clearly hasnt been used for some time.
