Weather was a mix of showers and sun but having the hotel spa to go and relax in after a long day was perfect. Breakfast was good, the option for foods to be cooked for you was great. The hotel staff were lovely and the place was really clean

Perfect city location with amazing food and service! Steps from great dining, nightlife, and even a live classical concert during our stay. Steep prices in the summer season, kind staff!

This hotel has a lot going for it, being centrally located in Ponta Delgada. But, paying almost US$500 a night, we were very disappointed with the room we got the first night. However, the GM Pedro gave us a grant room for the next night. His kindness and the wonderful staff made us feel much more at home in this art hotel, where we ended up feeling very pampered

Charming and modern hotel right in downtown Ponta Delgada - very friendly and resourceful staff with a strong service focus. Spa was a great touch for stays and enjoyed terrific breakfast and the stylish bar for dinner and drinks. Wonderful stay. On arrival we got an upgrade. The staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. We were centrally located to many stores and restaurants and could get a bite or cocktail right out front of our room. Breakfast was included and quite delicious! They even delivered a cake and sparkling wine for my bday. Highly recommend!

We were so happy that we stayed at nine dots. It is a small intimate boutique hotel located in the center of Ponta Delgada. The hotel was lovely as it was only a year old and was totally charming. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant itself was where we had one of the best meals. The staff provided snacks and water and the hotel pool was lovely. Highly recommend this hotel

The location of the hotel was in the middle of Ponta Delgada which was very beneficial. The facilities in the hotel were very good. Service and food in the restaurant and bar were also very good. The room and its facilities was good too, our only whinge was the time taken for hot water to arrive after the tap was turned on. The staff were excellent and friendly.
