Summer get away
Super séjour à Pont Saint-Esprit. La maison était fantastique, la vue imprenable et la localisation parfaite. La piscine a été d'un grand secours lors des chaudes journée. La propriétaire a été très accommodante et nous a même permis d'arrivé plus tôt pour nous permettre de faire notre télétravail. L'internet était très rapide (470Mbps). Somme tout, de très belle vacance.

Villa conforme aux photos . Calme,intimité, propreté avec tout son confort. Propriété fonctionnelle et ressourçante. Quelle chance nous avons pu apprécier la piscine chauffée au mois d'octobre. Merci aux précieux conseils de la propriétaire et de sa disponibilité pour passer un séjour très agréable dans cette belle région.

Agréable mais des déceptions
Séjour agréable, maison fonctionnelle et lieu calme, qui aurait pu être parfait s’il n’y avait pas eu: - négligence de nettoyage du barbecue au gaz, qui, dès le premier soir, a pris feu ; barbecue remplacé au bout de 4 jours (impossible d'en trouver selon la propriétaire qui nous a même évoqué une interdiction de faire des barbecues) - description mensongère: villa climatisée (en réalité seulement le séjour), des photos qui doivent dater : pas de parasol, pas de coussins pour le salon de jardin,… - décoration avec goût (comme vanté dans le descriptif) : ampoules sur douille au plafond dans la chambre, mobilier de jardin abîmé (rouillé, coussins tachés, nappe déchirée, …), porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas, dévidoir pour papier toilette bricolé… - sans oublier une caméra de surveillance qui filme vos aller-venus, sans en être informés. Cela ne semble pas inquiéter la propriétaire, bien au courant, mais qui ne sent pas concernée. Pour le prix, c'est décevant et afin d'anticiper toute réponse déplacée de la propriétaire (renvoyant un précédent locataire à ses poils de chien quand on lui parle de photos trompeuses), nous précisons que : - la restitution des lieux a été faite sans réserve Et soulignons la malhonnêteté de la propriétaire qui est revenue sur le prix du linge de maison négocié avant notre séjour (car nous avons osé demander une facture après notre départ), tout en nous menaçant, de nous demander une indemnisation du barbecue.

Très agréable, bon emplacement
Bel accueil, belle maison (calme avec magnifique vue sur les vignes), bien equipée et près de tout (visites, rando, supermarchés, marchés dans les nombreux villages ou villes aux alentours, etc). Des hotes toujours disponibles et à l écoute à toute heure de la journée. Bref des vacances reussies ! Allez-y les yeux fermés Encore merci Benjamin

Séjour calme, reposant & confortable
Maison mitoyenne d'un côté avec parking commun sécurisé, mais bien séparée du voisin. Vue imprenable sur les vignes, pas de vis-à-vis. Bien orientée, on est protégés sur la terrasse même quand le vent souffle. Commerces à 5mn en voiture. Emplacement assez central pour rayonner dans la région. On a passé un séjour calme et reposant, absolument pas dérangés par le voisinage malgré qu'elle soit dans un lotissement. Hôtesse hyper-serviable

Maison très tranquille dans la campagne proche de la ville
Nous avons trouvé la maison très tranquille avec une magnifique vue dégagée dans la campagne. La maison a aussi un grand salon avec TV, trois chambres spacieuses et il y a tout le nécessaire (avec les draps et serviettes, à louer à part). Il y a un jardin avec table pour manger à l’extérieur et une piscine, pas utilisable en avril car trop froid. La propriétaire est très disponible et gentille.
