Great Spot at a good price
This place is so cute. It is a great location, easy walk to restaurants and shops. Small but perfect for if you are not planning a lot of time in the room. There is a little kitchen so you do not have to eat out every day if you do not wish to. The Wi-Fi works well. The host is very nice and was super accommodating for our arrival. Our flight got delayed into Rome and we got in later than expected and they waited for us. They also use What’s App for contact so it was easy to communicate despite the language barrier. Breakfast was just around the corner at a cute little café.

horrible!!!
This was the worse experience I have ever had based on a booking reservation. I purchased a two night stay here and when I arrived they turned me away at the counter stating that there was no more rooms available. After explaining to her that I had a reservation I had booked through hotels.com she said that she had no such paperwork. I was deeply upset as I had to find another hotel in very short notice and was coming close to reception closing times. I will never suggest this hotel to another customer ever. I was completely shocked that this had happened at all. Poor management!!@

Caution needed
The first booking with any problems for us during what had been a smooth trip across Europe. His having no booking details came as a shock as did his failure to honour the contracted price (all conveyed through a computer translator program after initially turning his back and walking off with my phone which showed the reservation details). Something didn't sit right. Would have pulled out except for risk of being classed as a no show and charged any way. Now the breakfast cost extra and the fact that the receipt was only issued at the end of our three night stay having paid on arrival left one cautious. An adequate room, a little tired and needing a clean in the less obvious places. A stained loo too. Handy for station, shops and 2 mins from ruins. Breakfast served in nice little cafe. We booked elsewhere when we extended our stay in the area.

Don' t let the entry courtyard fool you, this place was awesome. It's in a very old part of Pompei, but she has done Fantastic job with the rooms. They are actually a small studio with all facilities. Really fit the bill for us.

Overbooking. Ci Hanno spostato in un bungalow in un campeggio. Ci hanno comunque fatto pagare in contanti 120 euro per una camera che forse valeva la metà. Veramente pessimo. Buona solo la posizione del campeggio proprio davanti al ingresso degli scavi di Pompei
