Have fun with family and friends at this stylish lake retreat! Enjoy paddle boarding and diving off the dock into the cleanest lake in the world of its size.
2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house. A separate mini-cabin has a full bed. Home accommodates 6 guests max. The home is on 5 acres with an additional 437 feet of private lakefront beach across a scenic road that goes around the whole lake. The commute to the dock is a 1 minute walk to cross the road to the beach. Grab the paddle boards or kayak and have a blast! ☀️ 🛶

All kitchen appliances are professional grade and brand new. Enjoy brand new Quartzite countertops and fully stocked cabinets with all kitchen and cooking items you need and more. Bathrooms have all new sinks, fixtures and countertops.
Furniture is new and several pieces are custom. Beds and all linens are new and high quality. Property is on 5 wooded acres including a large, fenced in yard and beautiful view of the lake and the Mission, Swan and Flathead mountain ranges. The property borders a rural, scenic highway that gives you direct access to Woods Bay, Bigfork, Glacier National Park and 4 state parks on the lake. Or go south 10 minutes south to the town of Polson for larger supermarkets like Safeway, Super 1 and Walmart. Waterfront restaurants, live theatre, golf courses, fly shops and watercraft rentals are all accessible within 10-20 mins from the home.

The house is situated right on Hwy 35 across from the Blue Bay Campground and Marina. Decor is a little out of place in Montana with an eclectic mix of modern and unusual treatments. Beds and bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is small and has little counter space but it is equipped with high end appliances. I think there were 5 different kinds of coffee makers! Wi-Fi was very good and the AC was very welcome on very hot days.
