Villa with 8 rooms that is located within a fully fenced 6-hectare estate planted with avocados with a caretaker's house.

The beautiful villa adapted for disabled people, has on the ground floor a spacious entrance hall, living room with 48-inch TV, WIFI, large kitchen, has a suite with bathroom, 1 bedroom triple with complete bathroom, 1 double room with bathroom with shower; a toilet and a dining room with a bar. On the second floor there is an independent entrance to the outside and an internal staircase. It has a suite with a complete bathroom with a spectacular hydromassage/jacuzzi bathtub, 4 double rooms and 3 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with a sofa bed to adapt it to a ninth room), pool table, table football and a large terrace.

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful stay at Finca Bovalar! The villa was immaculately clean, beautifully presented, and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. It was extremely well-facilitated, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home.One of the highlights for us was the amazing outdoor kitchen — perfect for family dining and spending quality time together in the lovely surroundings.The villa is set in a peaceful, remote location, so a car is definitely recommended, as taxis were difficult to secure due to high demand in the area. That said, the charming village of Polop is just a 20-minute walk away, offering great local restaurants and a convenient bus service into town.The only small suggestion would be to add a mirror in the main bedroom upstairs as the only one available was in the bathroom.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic stay at an amazing villa

On arrival, everyone was very much wowed by the beauty, size and facilities on offer for our stay.Amar was available all day to take our messages and enabled us to check in slightly earlier than planned. He made a thorough run through of the villa and facilities. Even though my Spanish is only just better than average, we made use of google translate and all my questions were answered.The only thing that was missing were pool towels with it being an April booking, but with a simple text, a box of clean towels were provided immediately and we braved the cold water!Days were spent on the table tenis table, on the tenis courts and the nights upstairs playing plenty of pool.The stay was not without hiccups, however, when a fuse went on the outdoor kitchen, leaving us with no hot water. Amar was on hand to again immediately sort out the issue. Perfect service throughout.The rooms were spacious, clean and nearly all had en suite facilities.The villa itself was so big that even as a large group of 16, we had masses of space and privacy if we needed.Close to Benidorm, we all had hired cars and ventured in most days. Only a 20 min drive and ease of parking, it was an ideal location for us. We wanted the resort but also wanted the quiet and scenery of the mountains. The vue from the villa was amazing. The local village of Polop lit up at night, the sea in the distance and the mountains!! Amazing.I cannot rate the villa highly enough and will definitely return.

Friends and family holiday

We are a large group of friends with our families that were looking for a villa to accommodate us all comfortably. Finca Bovalar was a fantastic venue for us. All the rooms were immaculate as were the gardens and facilities. The gentlemen named Amar who looked after us during our stay was superb. Not only did he assist us with anything that was needed, but also gave us advice regarding taxis, restaurants, places to visit etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Finca Bovalar to anyone in a large group looking for a fantastic country accommodation. I do not have any negatives about the property, however there would be a couple of things that I would suggest could improve. 1) in front of the barbecue area, there is a large reservoir for watering the farm area. This has a large number of frogs, whilst the frogs are great for the kids to look at, during the night, these can be quite loud and although I did not mind them or their noise, I would imagine some people could get a little frustrated. 2) The kitchen area in the house is a little small considering we were a group of 16 people. A few extra shelves in the oven maybe a help and perhaps an oven in the bbq area. Please note, these negative points are very small in comparison to how great the house is. Thank you Amar, for helping me with my ‘less than perfect’ Spanish and thank you Finca Bovalar for an amazing stay.

Wonderful property with great facilities

We had a fantastic extended family stay at Villa Bovalar. The accommodation is to a very high standard and our teens and children loved the basketball and tennis courts. The location is convenient - close to shops and beautiful scenery. We were looked after really well by Amar.

Great Family Holiday for all ages

Facilities were good. All as described. Some items need replacing/repairing like the ice maker in kitchen and freezer in outdoor kitchen. The airconditioning caused a few problems but the units were quickly replaced and repaired. A handbook for the villa would be useful.

Summer 2023

The property is in a beautiful location and comfortably accommodated our party of 11 adults and 5 children. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit. The villa kitchen is well equipped with cooking pots, plates, glasses and cutlery etc, however there is a lack of dishes/trays that can be used in the oven and limited larger plates/bowls to actually serve food in. The outdoor space is lovely including the pool, although some extra sun beds are needed. We did have issues with the power tripping out on a number of occasions, which were very quickly rectified but not ideal in the middle of the night. The fuse box upstairs was very temperamental. The outdoor chest freezer could possibly need replacing as it would frequently warm up defrosting food we had in it. Overall we had a fabulous stay and the villa and location are perfect for a large family holiday.

Stunning views from Finca Bovalar

Our holiday was arranged to celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary along with our children, their husbands and grandchildren. We were met by Amar who looks after the villa and spectacular grounds. Thankfully there was aircon in the bedrooms which was necessary as the weather was very hot. Also plenty of shaded areas for sitting out. I shall list the negative points first as that is what travellers want to hear. 1) Although there is an old chest freezer in the bbq area, there was only one fridge freezer in the small kitchen. This was to serve our 4 families! Two shelves in the door of that fridge freezer were missing which reduced its capacity. 2) In one of the bedrooms upstairs the aircon unit was a stand alone one which was very noisy and could not be put on because of that. 3) There was not one sharp knife in the kitchen and no sharpener. 4) In one of the shower cubicles there was no shelf to put your shampoo etc. 5) At the start of our holiday there were only 2 key fobs to operate the electric gates. However Amar supplied another 2 halfway through the week. (We had 4 cars between the 14 of us) However, despite these niggles we all had a great time especially in the pool and with nightly barbecues and would certainly return.

Villa Bovalar

Great venue for a family gathering at the foot of the Costa Blanca hills. The villa is well equipped and there are tons of activity options right on the doorstep. Easy airport access (1 hour from Alicante) but well away from the bustle of Benidorm.

Amazing group holiday.

We had a great week,12 adults 7 kids, age range from 40 years - 10 months, the villa had everything we needed, great pool, excellent outside space, great location for supermarkets and also exploring the area, close to Altea and Calpe as well as Benidorm. For the price we paid we all felt it was excellent value. Amar the site manager was very helpful and dealt with all issues straight away, there was an issue with electrics during our stay. Making links to a local taxi service would be helpful for the villa as we struggled. None of the taxis we called knew where the villa was. All in all, a great stay and we didn’t want to come home!

Fantastic stay in a really lovely house

We , in the age between 1-73 years old, have had a marvellouse time in this big house. The children loved it too, so much for them to do, tabletennis, basket, tennis, footballplay......and the pool. We made paella and made barbeque. The service with Amar who helped us when we got any problems. We really loved our stay there.

Excellent base for walking

Stayed with a group from the Gentian Mountaineering & Hill Walking Club. Lots to go at with a couple of walks direct from the property and others a short car journey. The property was as described, clean and tidy. A couple of minor problems were quickly sorted by the resident caretaker, Amar. Looking forward to a repeat visit.

Stunning villa in a picture-perfect setting

Amazing villa for a get together of friends and family. The rooms are spacious, the pool is just the right size and the tennis court is fab for a knock about. The views over to Polop or the mountains behind are stunning. It's a really well equipped villa and we soon discovered you can walk to the bars of Polop within 20 to 30 minutes. Comms with the guy looking over the place rely on him speaking into Google Translate but it worked out fine for us. Stunning villa, highly recommended.

Beautiful Villa in Stunning Location

We have had a fantastic week at this beautiful villa and I cannot recommended it highly enough. We were four families of four, 16 of us in total. There is so much space at the villa. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of storage. The grounds and gardens are very well kept with lovely flowers and Jasmin next to the BBQ kitchen that smells divine in the evenings. The pool is large enough for everyone to jump in and the kids played in there for hours on end. The tennis court, basketball court and table tennis ensure there is always something to do. What really makes this place special is the location. The views are out of this world. Be sure to get up early and see the ‘rock’ turn red at sunrise and in the evening, sit on the upstairs balcony and watch the lights of Polop twinkling on. The owners are friendly and welcoming and Amar, the housekeeper, is helpful and very quick to respond if there is a problem. The oven broke one evening - the next day he turned up with a brand new one. We had an amping stay here and would highly recommend this villa. We’d love to return one day.

Great Finca

Brilliant location in the foothills of the mountains but only 20 minutes from Benidorm. The property was clean and well maintained. There were some language difficulties with the manager that these were more than compensated for by his friendly and helpful attitude. The holiday represented excellent value for money for a group of 15 people and I would certainly use it again.

Amazing Find!!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks as a group of 20. 12 adults and 8 children ages from a baby to 12 years old. The villa was fabulous and far exceeded our expectations. It suited us all perfectly and we all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, so much so that we are thinking of rebooking for next year. Supermarkets and restaurants are only a short 5 min drive away and 15 minute drive into Benidorm. The villa is in an absolutely beautiful location and the views are out this world!! The outdoor kitchen with bbq was a huge hit as was the very large tennis court! The wifi was also very fast and we had no problems connecting about 8 iPads, 15 phones, firestick, ps4 and Alexa all at once!! Ha. Overall an absolutely wonderful stay!

Nice location for families and big groups

We had group of four families staying in Finca Bovalar and it suited us perfectly! Property was nice, especially the pool was a gem. Place was easy to get from Alicante airport, about one hour drive. You do need a car obviously, but if that is not a problem, then tjis is 5/5 for big groups or families wanting to stay in sunny Spain near activities.

AMAZING VILLA IN A LOVELY LOCATION

We had an amazing 2 weeks at your lovely. Our party of 13 ranging from 12 to 76 had plenty of room and the bedroom layouts suited our needs. The views form the villa are stunning. Swimmimg pool is a great size and the umbrellas help keep give some needed shade. Amar and his wife were always on hand to sort anything we needed including changing the gas bottle at 10pm plus leaving the oranges for us was very thoughtful and very tasty. Only downsides were wi-fi was a bit patchy with the connection at times, could do with some english tv channels(not that we wanted to watch tv) and the pool table has seen better days. Not going end on negatives this villa is amazing and would recomend it to any family. Location is great as well with Altea, Al Abir and Benidorm a 10 minute drive away. A HIDDEN GEM!!!!
