This beautiful and functional townhouse, recently renovated, is located in the historic centre of Pollensa, just a few steps from the Plaza Mayor, where the town’s main bars, restaurants and shops are concentrated. With a privileged location, this property combines traditional Mallorcan charm with all modern comforts for a relaxing holiday.

With a built area of approximately 120 m², the house is distributed over a living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. One bedroom has a double bed, another has two single beds, and the third has one single bed. The two bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a bathtub with shower, respectively.

One of the main highlights of this house is its private pool (approximately 5 x 2 metres) — perfect for cooling off and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There are also several terraces ideal for relaxing outdoors, sunbathing, or enjoying meals with family and friends.

The modern and functional kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, and filter coffee machine. Dream home

We enjoyed the stay at Can Neri tremendously. We were so happy to discover this gem in Pollenca. The house is decorated beautifully, the beds are very comfortable, the outside space is perfect for catching the sun or cooling off. The house is situated on a street parallel to the Calvari steps and within short walking distance to the main square. It has the view of the sea in the distance as well as the Calvari walk from the upstairs bedroom. I loved the fact that the hosts have provided a well stocked pantry, and a box with essential medicines one might need when travelling. We appreciated the three bathrooms, one on the main floor and one for each bedroom upstairs. A true luxury when travelling with family. There is a bakery only 2-3 minutes walk from the house that has the best ensaimadas, and the main grocery store is about 10 minutes walk from the house. We can't recommend the house enough, and can't wait to return for another holiday.
