Occupying a prime location with an impressive mountain backdrop in the beautiful Vall d’en Marc, in the heart of the Pollensa countryside, this attractive villa is surrounded by mature and private gardens and will appeal to clients wanting a relaxing and peaceful holiday.



The old Roman town of Pollensa is located within a few minutes’ drive and offers a variety of restaurants and shops whilst the beaches and amenities of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are also within easy reach.



The interior décor is traditional and tasteful and includes a fitted, farmhouse kitchen and cosy lounge-diner. The exteriors are the main attraction here with cool, shaded terraces around the villa enjoying some spectacular views and atmospheric corners for outside dining or simply chilling with a book and a glass of something cold!



The mature gardens, graced by two sky scraping palm trees swaying in the breeze, provide privacy and seclusion for endless days around the pool. THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

Perfect getaway

Lovely quiet position with superb views - car is a must. Pool is great size plus table tennis and pool table for entertainment. Air con in bedrooms effective with quiet mode. Electric cuts out when oven turns off but can be switched on again soon after.

Mallorca im Frühling

Dieses Haus war tipptopp sauber, sowohl von innen, als auch die gesamte Außenanlage inkl. Pool. Wirklich sehr angenehm. Leider war es zum Baden ja noch zu kalt, und in der ersten Aprilhälfte hätten wir auch nichts gegen eine Heizung gehabt.;-) Alles wurde aber von dem wunderbaren Ambiente wett gemacht, im Garten Oliven-, Orangen-, Zitronenbäume, die Aussenküche, bzw. -Grill haben wir nicht genutzt, aber auch das alles total gepflegt. Um uns herum zwitscherten wahnsinnig viele Vögel, Wiedehopfe, wilde Tauben und viele mehr. Einziges Manko war, dass das Haus etwas muffig roch, als wir ankamen und auch, wenn über Stunden alle Fenster und Türen geschlossen gewesene waren. Aber das lag vermutlich daran, dass wir die ersten in der Saison waren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und wären gern länger geblieben.
