In the north of the Balearic island Mallorca, the beautiful town house Villa Creus is situated in the middle of the picturesque village Pollença. The modernized, light-flooded holiday home with a natural stone facade offers a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 3 modern bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a high chair. The absolute highlight of the Majorcan accommodation is the fantastic outdoor area: enjoy the view from the balcony of the green surroundings and the mountains or barbecue delicious dishes in the shade of the furnished stone terrace. Thanks to its central location, it only takes a short walk through the scenic alleys of the village to reach supermarkets and a bakery (250 m) or a large selection of restaurants, bars and cafés (300 m). The sandy beach of Port de Pollença is 7 km or a 10-minute drive away. Spend unforgettable hours with friends and family on the crystal clear water and white sandy beach!

Typical Mallorca town house with room for improvement
The communication regarding the key access came last minute and didn't allow for our planning. It doesn't help that WhatsApp was preferred by the owner. I don't use WhatsApp! Believe it or not, but there are pople on this planet who don't.
The house did have intense musty damp smell as if it wasn't aired for a very long time. This didn't change after airing by us, so good luck for the next. We didn't expect to much, but after renting multiple houses over years this was the first one not to find anything as a small sign of hospitality. No bottle of water, no paper towels, so small peace of soap, Absolutely nothing! We came in mid April and the house was freezing. There are mobile electric heaters, with not to much effect. Hot water took for ever to appear and the toilet didn't stop leaking. That is inside of the bedroom. Welcome ear plugs. Seems like none made the effort to look if everything is alight. In some parts there is no sufficient electric light, but decoration lamps.
There is parking on the street, but good luck with that. Not the owners fault defiantly, but a hassle.
All in all for the high price we paid for 3 nights we wouldn't consider to come back.

Lage un Wohnung schön, aber Ausstattung schlecht
Schönes Objekt in guter Lage. Leider war die Küchenausstattung mit Geschirr etc. sehr schlecht. Die Freude trübte such der insgesamt schlechte technische Zustand. Die Elektrik und die Sanitärinstallation wiesen viele Mängel auf. Positiv war, dass ein Mangel nach Meldung schnell beseitigt wurde.
