To access the apartment, you need to go down stairs from the street, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.



You are asked to use the air conditioning responsibly: it is not permitted to leave it on when you are not in the property or to use it 24 hours a day. If excessive dirt is found at the end of your stay, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
