Casa del Pinaret can therefore accommodate 12 people. Further amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, a sound system that plays throughout the house as well as air conditioning and heating throughout the house with individual thermostats in every room. Additionally, the villa is extremely well-adapted to accommodate all kinds of age groups: it is child-friendly with its baby cots, highchairs, stair gates, bed guards, toys and its safety fence for the pool, but it also can easily accommodate elderly guests: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are fully outfitted for wheelchair use, there are no stairs to access any of the main areas and all bathrooms have safety rails in the showers. Outside, the massive garden and terrace invite you to sunbathe on the comfortable sun loungers, or to prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and share them together at the tables. There is also the 60 m2 pool, a large hot tub that is always heated at 35ºC, a ping pong table, and a wooden playhouse that contains toys and inflatables for the pool.
