ich hätte eine Anliegen die Finca ist super und ich wollte Fragen ob sie nestes jahr den Preis runter drücken könnten ich und mein Freund wollen nestes jahr wieder kommen wir waren 2 mal auf der Finca can Mateu und wollen wieder kommen deswegen habe ich eine Bitte den Preis für 21 tage von Preis runter zu gehen wenn es möglich ist würden wir uns Freuen ich erwarte ihre Antwort drauf Mein Freund Herr Frank Pape ist nicht gerade reich er ist von Beruf Alten Pfleger und 2 Pflegedienst leiter in Berlin zweidausent achthuntert kann mein Freund nicht immer bezahlen nur was Bezahlbar ist Bitte sagen sie nicht nein can Mateu die Finca ist unse Lieblings Finca weil wir uns besser auskennen da mit Freundlichen Grüßen Heiko kegel september 2026 wollen wir wieder kommen sage sie bescheit wann mein Freund uhrlaub hat

Diese Finca ist sehr abgelegen, aber zum chillen sehr gut geeignet. Bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, die Liegen könnten einmal erneuert werden, ansonsten top. Viele Mücken zu dieser Zeit! Evtl. Klimaanlagen einbauen, viel zu heiss in den Nächten!

Einfache Natursteinfinca,schöne Umgebund

Einfache Natursteinfinca in guter Lage (zwischen Pollensa und Alcudia). Anfahrt: Navi notwendig(am besten die Koordinaten der Finca eingeben),um sich im Strassengewirr zurechzufinden. an sich ruhige Lage,nur ab 4 Uhr morgens kräht der Hahn,was uns nicht sonders störte. Im Haus alles vorhanden. Beim betreten roch es etwas muffig, was durch Lüften schnell behoben werden konnte. Schöner grosser Pool, Liegen könnten erneuert werden. Garten könnte mehr Pflege vertragen

Nice location - would visit again

We were very satisfied with our housing! The house and garden were clean, the accommodation as in the pictures. After a short request we were allowed to enter the house few hours earlier, which was very useful regarding our early landing. Although there was an electricity problem, the host came by ASAP and managed/ organized the relevant company to fix the problem! We would come back any time :)

We stayed last year and found it very basic. This year no change, very tired uncomfortable outdoor furniture absolutely no effort to update. shower curtain yuk! And shower heads don’t stay on wall. Also when I got back I was horrified to see there had been a burglary last year I would never have stayed with my family if I’d known. We won’t be going back

Les 2 terrasses avec leurs 2 expositions différentes sont très appréciables, la piscine et le jardin sont très agréables. L'aménagement intérieur est simple, mais rien ne manque. Par contre la maison est un peu difficile à trouver le premier jour !

Maison très bien située dans un environnement calme, à 10 min de Pollença et d'Alcúdia. Maison spacieuse, bien équipée et propre. Nous n'avons pas aimé la taille du lit double (trop petit), l'odeur nauséabonde dans les salles de bains et l'apparition systématique de fourmis dans la cuisine, les placards, les chambres et SDB.

maison calme à la campgane mais près des plages, bien équipée et avec une belle piscine.Par contre, près de la maison il ya des coqs, réveil à 5h30 du matin tous les jours. il y a des problèmes importants d'humidité dans les 2 salles de bain, la plus petite n'est pas utilisable à cause de l'odeur. vraiment très désagréable.

Aardig huisje, wel een paar min-puntjes

Allereerst, we hebben een prima vakantie gehad. Het huisje is best royaal en je kan er goed toeven. Je hebt wel een auto nodig want is wat afgelegen, maar op ca 10 minuten rijden van Pollenca en Alcudia (als je niet verdwaalt). Er waren een paar (kleine) min-puntjes aan het huis: het tweepersoons bed (of de matras) is doorgezakt, de wifi is zeer matig en de boiler is snel leeg. Verder kan het er 's avonds vrij koud worden in april / mei en daar is het huis niet op berekend (er zijn wel elektrische kacheltjes aanwezig) Maar dit mocht de pret niet drukken, we hebben het naar ons zin gehad, de eigenares was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het huisje is 'well equipped'.
