It is very well located, right next to the bus station, a municipal car park, a children's playground, and various useful establishments such as bakeries, stationeries, shops, pharmacy, the health center, as well as various restaurants and bars.
The house has a large interior outside zone, in which there is a nice swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, and an area shelted from the sun with table and chairs and a small barbecue. Stairs lead up to a terrace, where there is also a table and chairs.
The front of the house has a large balcony with chairs, and the house has a garage with a parking space.
The interior of the property is very nice and bright, modern and nicely decorated. There is a spacious living-dining room, with table and chairs, two comfortable sofas and satellite TV, and it is connected to the new and fully equipped kitchen.
