We consider ourselves completely fortunate to offer you this sublime Villa, built over one level and boasting such a fantastic setting. Recently constructed, Villa Marilen Petit is light and airy, with delightful wood beamed ceilings and wooden shutters providing a courteous nod to some typical Mallorcan tradition. As charming as the interiors are, it was the exteriors that captured our imagination with a fabulous swimming pool with large steps allowing easy access for the young and the elderly alike! Villa Marilen Petit is sure to exceed the expectations of anyone wishing to holiday in this exclusive north east coastline of Mallorca.
*For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night

Photos are deceiving

Poorly maintained, dirty on arrival & not cleaned throughout over our stay, number of broken things. Single beds awful quality & uncomfortable. Pool lights didn’t work at all. Showers were dirty, unhygienic very smelly due to the awful design. The whole place smells majority of the time of sewage. Pump failed for the pool leading to a green pool and the pool was not maintained during our stay until our intervention. Broken umbrella for the poolside and uncared for externally also with previous tenants rubbish and discarded equipment. A number of risk factors including electrical, trip hazards and broken life vest. Limited support from agent to rectify issues. Location down an unadopted road was very awkward. Overall a very disappointing base for our holiday and would not recommend this property at all.
