Villa Can Panxeta

In the heart of the emblematic town of Pollensa, recognised as one of the most beautiful towns in Spain, we find Can Panxeta. An old manor house, recently restored with all the necessary amenities to make your stay memorable and to immerse you in the elegant Mallorcan atmosphere. This exquisite property is located just steps away from Pollensa's main square, the heart of the town, where you can enjoy the most emblematic restaurants and its wide gastronomic offering.



As soon as you enter, tradition and comfort are breathed with a spacious lounge equipped with all amenities, attention to detail and exquisite design. Next to the living room and on the same level, there is an independent, modern and fully equipped kitchen, a charming guest toilet and access to the discreet inner courtyard, a perfect place for privacy, to eat outdoors or refresh in the pool on hot summer days. From this area, a staircase leads us to the second floor to find a terrace with armchairs where you will surely be able to relax for hours reading a good book or simply having a drink.



Back home and from the living room, the interior staircase takes us to the second floor, where three elegant, bright and spacious double bedrooms are located, all with en-suite bathrooms. A little further up we find a fourth bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in wardrobe, from which we can go out to the upper terrace, where we can enjoy a barbecue and views of the highest areas of the town.



Just ten minutes by car, we find Cala San Vicente, with its beautiful beaches of crystal-clear waters and the Port of Pollensa, with its long fine sandy beach and its beautiful seafront promenade that invites us to take long evening walks.

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Just fab

We absolutely loved staying in this villa. The perfect location with restaurants and bars ( and 2 ice cream shops) located just a few meters away. The sunday market surrounded the villa. Must must come back soon!

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location

The villa is charming. We loved the pool and outdoor area and the rooms are pretty. The location is fantastic - about half a block down from the main square, but not so close that it is noisy. One thing to be aware of is that very little shampoo, toilet paper or hand soap is provided so bring your own. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

Wonderful house in a perfect location

A wonderful house located in the heart of Pollença a stones throw from the main square. We loved being so close to all the numerous bars and restaurants yet being so quiet and private at the same time. The property itself is beautiful, spacious and tastefully decorated. Plenty of room for 8 of us to stay and the pool was a welcome way to cool off. Aircon in the bedrooms was a bonus and the beds were large and comfy. We had a couple of minor issues (7 pillows for 8 people), no tea towels and safe key, but these weresorted by the management team eventually. It would have been nice to have some decent sized mugs as the ones provided were small with tricky handles, but otherwise the kitchen was well appointed. It would be helpful to have been left with a few more essentials for such a large house - we were only given 4 toilet rolls (there are 5 toilets) and minimal rubbish bags / cleaning equipment/soap etc. Overall an excellent stay in a beautiful town. We would stay here again.

Beautiful, clean villa in a great location close to the main square. Many restaurants are within easy walking distance, yet it is quiet thanks to good insulation. Communication with the host was straightforward and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.
