Brisa 303 (AT/1833) , is a bright and welcoming two-bedroom apartment located on the second floor (stair access), with open views across the swimming pool, sun terrace and BBQ area from its private 8m² balcony terrace. The elevated position offers light, airflow and a pleasant outlook over the heart of the complex.
The apartment is ideal for four guests and can accommodate up to five with an additional nightly charge. It features fresh, simple furnishings and a practical open-plan layout. The living area includes a sofa bed that converts into two single beds, a dining space, TV with fire stick and free fibre Wi-Fi. Silent central air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the warmer months.
The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, under-counter fridge with freezer compartment, hob, microwave and essential cookware, crockery and utensils for rlight cooking and relaxed self-catering. Excelente lugar para estar en Puerto Pollensa

Estuve mes y medio en este apartamento. El sitio es perfecto para cortas y largas estancias en Pto Pollensa. La ubicación es excelente, en un sitio tranquilo, a 5 minutos caminando de un automercado grande y 10 minutos de la playa.El apartamento es excelente en todo sentido. Limpieza, comodidad, luminosidad, tiene todo lo que uno puede necesitar para sentirse como en casa. Las areas comunes muy lindas. La recepcion, el patio interno, la piscina, todo muy lindo y bien cuidado. La anfitriona, Astrid, es una persona muy especial, sumamente amable y siempre atenta a lo que puedas necesitar para hacer tu estadia mas placentera. De verdad, este sitio es increible. Siempre que vuelva a Pto Pollensa me hospedaré en Villa Alexia.
