Villa Finquita is a very traditional Majorcan Villa with nice mountain views,located only a short drive to the fantastic beaches of Port Pollensa. This rustic 3 bedroom Villa is a real Spanish experience offering a nice swimming pool. In short words: the perfect holiday accomondation for families Air conditioning in all bed rooms and Free Wifi are inlcuded.



The outside space at Villa Finquita is ideal for enjoying a swim or sunbathing. The huge alfresco dining area with plenty of space to chill and relax offers a bricked BBQ to spend memorable grill events.The villa grounds are gated and there is plenty of space for 2 cars.



The comfortable lounge and bright dining area has a seating area with 2 sofas a flat sreen TV, table and chairs Patio doors open onto the covered terrace with wooden ceilings leading to the swimming pool. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday.



Villa Finquita has 3 fresch and airy bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms overlooking the countryside and one double room have ample storage space and share the facilies of 2 bathrooms one with shower, the other one with bath.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.



In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.



Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
