A favourite villa throughout the years with our guests, Ca'n Rei offers traditional accommodation with easy access to both the Old Town of Pollensa and the resort and beach of Puerto Pollensa.



The well-kept gardens and swimming pool are surrounded by trees and hedgerows offering peaceful privacy for a lovely, relaxing holiday. There is also a shaded dining terrace and barbecue house for enjoying alfresco meals.



Inside, the house is spacious and airy and decorated in the local, traditional style. All modern conveniences have been taken care of, including air-conditioning in two of the three bedrooms (in one of the doubles and in the twin), free WiFi and even hairdryers - ensuring a stress-free holiday in the sun. WE MUST POINT OUT THAT THE VILLA HAS THREE BEDROOMS, BUT ONLY A MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE IS ALLOWED.



THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

Ausstattung nicht mehr zeitgemäß

Der Außenbereich und Garten sind sehr schön. Die Finca von innen riecht muffig auch wenn man immer lüftet. Die Ausstattung der Schlafzimmer ist vollständig veraltet.Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen oder sehr hart, man spürt die Metallfedern. Auch die Kleiderschränke sind innen muffig man kann nichts hinein legen oder hängen. Klopapier ist Keine Reserve da, auch Küchenutensilien wie Spülschwamm oder Küchenrolle, Müllbeutel.Salz sind nicht vorhanden. Im Moment herrscht in Mallorca eine Mückenplage, aber Insektenspray musste selbst besorgt werden da die Fenster keine Fliegengitter haben. Die Armaturen im Bad sind verkalkt und teilweise verrostet. Wir finden diese Unterkunft hat Potential ist aber teilweise stark veraltet. Preis- Leistung sind nicht gerechtfertigt.
