Cosy house in an unbeatable location between Pollença village and the Port of Pollença, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. A good arrange of beautiful beaches are also within a short distance by car. The house is located in a quiet and very green area, surrounded by a very well kept and echanting garden. The furniture of the villa is traditional in style and with the characteristic charm of the island, offering all the necessary comforts for a perfect holiday. There is a living/dining room with a lovely fire place, and a large, brand new and modern kitchen, fully equipped and with breakfast area. All four bedrooms have plenty of light and views of the garden. Outside, there are several pleasant areas, a shaded terrace in front of the house, and behind is a spectacular barbecue area to enjoy relaxing summer meals. The swimming pool is surrounded by lawns and hedges and has plenty of space for sunbathing. There is also a utility room and an outside bathroom. It is the ideal holiday home for a quiet stay with many leisure possibilities within easy reach.

Schönes Landhaus in erbärmlichem Pflegezustand

Wir haben das Objekt aufgrund der schön dargestellten Außenanlagen und des Pools gebucht, obwohl uns ein kleineres Haus genügt hätte. Bei Ankunft erwies sich der ersehnte Pool aufgrund Algenbefalls als nicht benutzbar, entsprechend groß war die Enttäuschung. Die Agentur vor Ort meinte, der Poolman käme und brächte es in Ordnung. Am Folgetag war noch keine Änderung in Sicht, sodass wir in der Agentur persönlich vorstellig wurden und Druck machen mussten. So kam es, dass die Farbe des Pools an Tag 4 langsam von Grün zu Blau wechselte. Benutzen konnten wir aufgrund des zu hohen Chlorgehalts noch nicht. An Tag 4 kam es dann bei Regen zu einem erheblichen Wassereintritt durch das geschlossene Wohnzimmerfenster, verursacht durch eine verstopfte Dachrinne darüber. Der Modergeruch im Wohnzimmer deutet darauf hin, dass es nicht das erste Mal war. Das schmuddelige Mobiliar im Wohnzimmer lud nicht zur Nutzung ein. Dass man vorhandenes Geschirr vor der Nutzung spült ist klar, aber es war bisher noch nie so nötig wie dort. Die in der Anzeige präsentierte Hängematte im Garten war voll mit Stockflecken und entsprechend eklig. Die Schlafräume und Bäder hingegen waren in Ordnung. Das Landhaus liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend. Es hätte mehr Aufmerksamkeit des Eigentümers verdient. Die entgangene Nutzbarkeit des Pools und die eigenhändige Trocknung des Wohnzimmers wird zu einer substantiellen Entschädigung führen müssen.
