Pinos Altos 07 (T1) – Zypresse, Cala Sant Vicenç

The Pinos Altos resort is located in the beautiful Cala San Vicente, one of Mallorca's most popular resorts. Separated from Puerto Pollença by the mountains of the famous Serra de Tramuntana, Cala San Vicente nestles in a small valley sheltered by pine forests, stretching almost to the sandy beaches. The resort is crowned by the fantastic view of Cavall Bernat, a steep mountain that plunges several kilometers into the sea.



Cala San Vicente is the ideal place for a quiet holiday. Around the two small bays, separated by a rocky promontory, you will find several shops, bars, restaurants, hotels and a medical center.



As if that weren't enough, Puerto Pollença and the old and beautiful town of Pollença can be reached in just over five minutes by car.



Pinos Altos is located in this area, nestled among tall pine trees, from which it takes its name. It is an excellent choice for families with young children as well as for couples who simply want to relax. The beach is within walking distance, and a bus stop is located nearby.



From the reception you have access to the three different apartment types of the complex as well as to the pool area. The most important features of the three apartment types are described in detail below:



The Type 1 apartments consist of one bedroom with a double bed and can accommodate up to four people, as there are two sofa beds in the living room. There are eight Type 1 apartments, all located in the main building. These apartments are numbered 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12. They have air conditioning in the bedroom and are available from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



The Type 2 apartments consist of one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed, but can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to two sofa beds in the living room. There are four Type 2 apartments, all located in the main building. These are apartments number 2, 3, 10 and 11. These apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms, but it can only be used at certain times, from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 19:00 to 7:00.



The Type 3 apartments consist of two double bedrooms and can accommodate up to six people, as there are two sofa beds in the living room. There are four Type 3 apartments, all located in the annex. These are apartments number 13, 14, 15, and 16. Only these apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms, and there are no time restrictions.



All apartments of types 1 and 2 have a living/dining room with satellite TV and a kitchen with microwave, electric stove and fridge/freezer. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and all apartments have furnished balconies or terraces (14 of which overlook the pool).



The Type 3 apartments consist of a living/dining room with satellite TV and an open-plan kitchen with an electric stove, ceramic hob, and fridge/freezer. Each room is air-conditioned (without time restrictions), and all apartments have a furnished balcony/terrace (two of which overlook the pool).



The pool has a separate children's area and is located on a very spacious terrace.



Finally, it should be mentioned that there are communal washing machines and a storage room for up to 20 bicycles.
