Villa Tancotes is an attractive countryside villa not far from Old Town Pollensa. The Villa is situated within well cared for established gardens with palms and enjoys lovely views of the mountains, surrounded by open fields of olive groves that are mingled with farmhouses and private homes.Front door is off the covered terrace which opens up into an open-plan lounge dining room, in modern and comfortable furnishings. French doors lead into an inner corridor. In front is a complete bathroom with shower over the bath. To the left takes you into the large fully fitted kitchen with a separate pantry and utility room. From the utility room a door leads directly out to the exterior of the Villa.To the right of the corridor leads you to two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. At the end of the corridor is a further complete bathroom with shower over the bath. To the left of the corridor is the main double bedroom.The lovely pool area is located at the side of the villa which has lawns on two sides, which also enjoys wonderful views of the mountains beyond. Adjacent to the pool is a covered built in brick BBQ ideal for al fresco entertaining as the covered terrace with its stylish patio furniture is adjacent.At the back of the villa stairs lead up to a roof top terrace which again, enjoys commanding views of the surrounding Pollensa countryside.This Mallorca villa is simply yet comfortably furnished throughout, we recommend Villa Tancotes due to its location not far from both the sea/bay of Pollensa and Pollensa Old Town, is an ideal Mallorca villa choice, set amongst lovely well cared for established gardens.
