Villa Magdalena is set in a quiet area of the mallorcan countryside half way between Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa. The location of this villa is ideally situated only a few minutes by car from the beaches in the pretty bay of Puerto Pollensa and not far from the impressive main square of Pollensa with its variety of restaurants and bars.

Set on one level, this house comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor shower by the pool. The inside of the house is bright and cheerful, decorated in the traditional mediterranean style. There is a comfortable living dining room with a TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, and there is also a breakfast area.

There are three air conditioned bedrooms, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms which share two full bathrooms.



Outside, the house has a spacious covered terrace with dining furniture ideal for meals in the shade. For those al fresco evenings there is a an outdoor covered barbecue area.

The swimming pool has roman steps and is surrounded by sun loungers. This is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the heat of the sun then cool off in the inviting pool.

Slightly tired villa

Loved where villa was. Kitchen utensils needed (but were brought after phone call.) Best pool ever, super size, clean and warm.Lovely outdoor space. The covered dining area perfect (cool and shady). Liked the layout of bedrooms to bathrooms. (Children loved the sheep!) But oh so glad to get back home into a comfortable bed.

Lage, Pool, Sauberkeit Nicht ganz ernst gemeint, vielleicht eine Poolbeleuchtung, sieht bei Dunkelheit immer sehr schön aus.

Ruhig gelegene Finca

Gepflegte Anlage mit kleinerem für Gäste nutzbarem Umschwung, guter Aussengrillplatz aber ohne Sichtkontakt zu Küche / Essecke. Die Ausrüstung der Küche ist recht spartanisch / dürftig: z.B. Brotmesser fehlt, gut schneidende Rüstmesser wünschenswert, mehre Rüstbretter wünschenswert, allgemein minimal ausgestattet - schade. Weiter fehlte die damals gewünschte Poolbeleuchtung und im Südostzimmer quietscht die Kastentüre stark - ölen! 2 Zimmer mit Einzelbetten überdenken. Ihre Mitarbeiter kamen recht häufig auf die Anlage - wünschenswert wäre eine Vorankündigung - auch zu welchen Zeiten der Pool gereinigt wird und somit dann nicht nutzbar ist.
