Villa Juanito is a very quiet and totally private spot in the countryside but only a 5 minute drive to the resort of Port Pollença with its lovely beaches, restaurants and cafés. Port Pollença is well known for its beautiful scenery, beaches and mountains. There is access to all water sports and a good selection of restaurants and bars with plenty of cultural and historical point of interest. The walking and cycling is outstanding.

Featuring pool views, Villa Juanito provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a patio, around 2.1 km from Port Pollenca Beach. This villa features a private pool, a garden and free private parking.

The villa is located on the ground floor and is equipped with two bedrooms, one twin and one double, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge and an oven. Towels and bed linen are provided in the villa. There is also a bathroom with a shower unit. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL COST.
