Charming stone clad family villa with pool La Font

Beautiful rustic style house situated in a privileged area, only a few minutes' drive from the town of Pollença, as well as large supermarkets and petrol stations. Also just a few minutes' drive from Cala Sant Vicente and Puerto de Pollença, with a nice selection of beaches.



The interior of the house retains the traditional Mallorcan style and charm, and beautiful decorations and furnishings have been introduced, as well as all the comforts necessary for a modern lifestyle. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds, 1 with two single beds, and 1 with a single bed. The kitchen retains the charm of an old Mallorcan kitchen, but is very practical and fully equipped. The living room, spacious and bright, has a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a fireplace and a television. There is also a dining room with a large table and chairs, which offers a cosy and elegant atmosphere.



Outside the villa, there is a covered terrace, a barbecue area with a wide table and chairs, ideal for outdoor meals in summer, and also a sunbathing terrace right next to the swimming pool, which is large and beautiful. The garden is very well kept, and the villa has beautiful views towards the mountains.

Delightful La Font

Fabulous family place to stay. Lots of space, great pool. Bbq area was easy to use. Kitchen was well stocked and the dishwasher was a bonus. I definitely recommend La Font. It is probably a 30 to 40 minute walk in to Polença, so with two young children we opted to drive.

Lovely spacious property

Lovely spacious house and garden, lots of different areas to sit and enjoy the sun (or the shade as it may be!), pool area in particular is nice. Kitchen isn't the best, although there are plenty of appliances there isn't actually much room to cook. Outdoor kitchen is nice for a bbq though. Bedrooms all have airconditioning but only one rather flat pillow per person and we couldn't find any extra pillows anywhere. We were very surprised to find there wasn't any hand soap provided in the five bathrooms - surely that's just as basic as toilet paper - so had to buy some for each bathroom. Also only one bin bag provided which quickly got full, so we had to buy more. All in all it's a lovely property with plenty of space and gorgeous views, but it would have been nice if these basics were provided. Also basic cooking ingredients like oil and salt and pepper would have been good - and a bag of ice cubes in the freezer would be a nice touch!

Sehr schöne Finca

Sehr schöne und geräumige Finca mit viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Alles super sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir werden die Finca auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
