Spread over two floors, the villa offers a generous, bright, and comfortable open-plan living and dining area – ideal for relaxing or for children to play in the shade during the midday sun.

Only one of the double bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has its own en-suite bathroom. The other four spacious bedrooms are on the first floor (all with twin beds) and share three full family bathrooms; two of these rooms have their own private terraces offering fabulous views.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning on a timer system as part of the property’s energy efficiency measures, ensuring comfort throughout your stay.

Overall property was good. Outside was beautiful. It’s a long very narrow lane approach to the property. Inside was lacking. Our bedroom had just a small wobbly wardrobe with no drawers at all in the room. Lived out of the suitcase! No drawer space in bathroom either. Just one plug socket which was nowhere near a mirror. Kitchen needed a second clean as did most of the plates and cutlery . Strange smell in the pantry cupboard!Air conditioning didn’t work in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Reported via email and got a response fairly quickly on how to reset. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa are close by and great for restaurants, walks etc.

Schöner Ort für entspannten Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit der Familie, insgesamt 4 Generationen, im Oktober 2024 da. Wir haben den Urlaub an diesem ruhigen, aber trotzdem zentral gelegenen Ort sehr genossen. Haus und Grundstück bieten viel Platz. Der Zufahrtsweg ist sehr eng und erfordert ruhige Nerven. Positiv war, dass nach 1 Woche das Haus geputzt wurde und Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt wurden. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Für die kühlen Herbstnächte wären zusätzliche Decken wünschenswert gewesen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen.

Schön aber sehr einfach

Für Gruppen gut geeignet. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern würde ich es nicht empfehlen. WLAN nur im Fernsehraum. Auf der Terrasse, draußen oder teilweise in den Zimmern kein Zugang. Ausstattung sehr klein gehalten. Pfannen u Töpfe fehlen. Anfahrt nur für PKWs und gut geschulte Fahrer. SUV oder Van fast unmöglich. Nur Zufahrt ca 800 Meter. Keine durchgängige Strasse. Wenn ein Auto entgegenkommt wirds schwierig. Zum Positiven. Toller Pool und sogar ein weiterer mit Jakkuzzi. Schön angelegter Garten mir großer Rasenfläche. Zimmer groß genug. Betten könnten stabiler sein. Bäder sauber und ausreichend.
