Welcome to this beautiful villa surrounded by nature that welcomes 2 people for a relaxing getaway.
The exteriors of this fantastic property invite you to relax in the salt swimming pool which measures 10 metres long and 3 metres wide, with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.60 metres. The pool is surrounded by a green garden with stunning mountain views. There are 4 sun loungers by the pool for sunbathing in the sun after a swim. Before going inside, there is a fully furnished porch, ready to enjoy an outdoor meal or sit on the sofa and read a book.

Once inside the cosy interior of the house, distributed on one floor, you will find an open space where the kitchen, the living room and the dining room are located. Equipped with A/C, it becomes an ideal space where you can spend the evening watching movies on the Smart TV. When it's time to eat, you will be able to cook delicious dishes on the ceramic hob, as it has all the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. The bedroom has a double bed and is equipped with A/C and a wardrobe for your comfort. A full bathroom with shower serves the whole house. The house has a washing machine and iron for your comfort. Finally, if you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are provided.

The villa is located on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Pollença, known for its narrow cobbled streets and lively squares that invite you to stroll. Situated next to the busy road, the property offers quick access to the extensive beach of Puerto de Pollença, which stands out for its golden sand and seafront promenade, where you can enjoy a variety of bars and restaurants to savor delicious Mallorcan cuisine. For those who enjoy mountain activities, the house is close to the Tramuntana Mountains, making it an excellent opportunity for hiking and cycling.
