Lovely well equipped room close to the main town but set back so not noisy. Private upstairs terrace with a tub too! Downstairs hottub area available if you book it in, with additional charge. Loved our stay, check in and excellent support provided by Fiorenza too!

Fiorenza was so helpful with tips on Polignano and although we never met, she was constantly available by phone & text. The room was wonderful with a very comfortable bed. It is just steps from the old part of town. The breakfast was unbelievable with great options made to order & fresh squeezed orange juice..fabulous!! You can’t go wrong here. The streets are tiny but we didn’t have a problem finding parking nearby..

Excellent stay at Polignano a Mare

Excellent overall experience. The location is great, from a walking distance to a very big parking garage, and to the beach and all touristic areas. Very safe area to stay. The room was very clean, spacious, new, modern. My host Florence was in contact making sure we were having everything we needed and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Poligano is an amazing city, so it’s hard to not have a good time there, but our stay at B-Welcome Rooms of Charmes & Relax elevated the experience. The place is very well located just outside the old town - 3 min walk to the views of the sea. The room is beautifully designed and carefully furnished which gives a very pleasant - and instagramable, vibe. The owner was super responsive and extremely kind and helpful with everything from check in to recommendations in the city. Al in all a 10/10 experience - and definitely not our last stay here!

The hit tub was a great feature. This was my first time in italy and flee in from rome( i know crazy) after a long transit south, rude and annoying people Fiorenza was such a breathe of fresh air and so helpful and accomodating and kind. The property was newly remodeled and very clean and new towels. the manager/ owner very friendly and organized. unfortunately the day we got there there was a bike race and we couldn't park or get our luggage's out and it was a hassle. love the fact that doors would open with code and family members could go back and forth and we were not stock with one key. the manager left us a wine as a welcome. very friendly, very clean and comfortable

We had a very pleasant stay at this charming bed and breakfast. The location is perfect (close to downtown Polignano yet far enough so that it is very quiet). The owner is very nice and accommodating. My flight was canceled at the last minute so I was to lose one night I had already paid for. The owner was generous enough to let me stay one night at the end of the trip to make up for it. This doesn't happen very often so I really appreciated it. Besides that, the rooms are pretty and comfortable. I highly recommend this establisment.
