The property has been given a rejuvenation and so it shines from the inside and outside in well-kept splendor. One apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, bathroom, toilet and two bedrooms, while the other unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a private pool on the property, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Within the ecovillage towards the vast fields, there is a large arbor that is shared. The nearest town is Biodgrad. which is known for its two marinas. Worth seeing are the old town of Zadar and the nature park at Vrana lake.
