In such a beautiful location you can go for a walk along the promenade or a swim at the beach. Stop at one of the gorgeous Point Lonsdale cafes for a bite to eat or just a coffee. With parking at the property, either in the garage or the private carpark in the driveway, leave the car behind!
Upstairs is the main bathroom and 3 bedrooms, the master including ensuite, walk in robe and a balcony to enjoy the sea views and watch the ships sail past. Downstairs is the open living and dining area, with large table, TV and DVD player, wi-fi is also available. Kitchen has a wall oven, gas hot plates, dishwasher, microwave and is fitted out with all the things required to have a comfortable stay. Recently updated and everything you need right at your door this is a coveted property.
