Ipoh - Point Lonsdale

Double doors opening to a generous north-facing outdoor entertainment area, welcoming for those long summer evenings. The modern kitchen is a cook’s delight with a 900mm electric oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The cosy lounge and dining rooms surround the kitchen and there is also a separate study/lounge/rumpus room including a pool table, record player and board games, which makes Ipoh perfect for family gatherings.

The home is fitted out with split system air conditioning for summer, and ceiling fans in two upstairs bedrooms as well as a warm gas log fire for winter.

All 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs with the second bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and north facing balcony, bedroom 2 provides 2 single beds and bedrooms 3 & 4 offer custom made bunk beds, giving ample accommodation for family and friends.

Ipoh has everything you need for your next getaway including wifi and linen so all you need to bring is your beach towel.

Great weekend in Point Lonsdale

The property was great, comfortable beds and lots of room for 5 adults. We had a nice outdoor BBQ followed by billiards which we hadn't played for a few years. Good walks into Point Lonsdale and over to Queenscliff. Friendly neighbours, nice town and would certainly love to go back. Cute magpie in the backyard also.
