Step into this sun drenched modern retreat where a sleek quartz kitchen, Alexa powered smart tech and a cozy modern fireplace create the perfect blend of comfort and style. This two bedroom, one and a half bath home is filled with natural light and offers boutique style comforts throughout.

The airy open concept living space highlights designer finishes and thoughtful touches in every corner. Floor to ceiling windows brighten the home beautifully, while the private second floor balcony invites quiet mornings or golden hour views of the nearby Blue Water Bridge.

This home is in the perfect location for summertime. You are a four minute walk to Los Puntos Cantina which is a favourite spot for warm evenings.
